1007 HP Supercharged 427 Ford Engine
This Eleanor's engine was built by Prestige Motorsports, Concord NC a 427 Ford power adder series engine with a forged steel crank, forged H-beam rods, and 2618 forged pistons, all blueprinted and balanced. A VORTECH V-7 Straight Drive Supercharger feeds the engine, and dyno testing recorded 1007 peak HP. Power runs through a T-56 Magnum 6-speed transmission. For the complete breakdown including every component, ignition setup, and dyno sheets, see the full 1967 Eleanor Mustang engine specifications.

For the Power Lover
What This Engine Feels Like Behind the Wheel
For buyers who shop for raw power above all else, this is the section that matters most. 1007 dyno-tested horsepower, a supercharged setup, and forged internals mean this engine isn't just a number — it delivers real, repeatable performance. Most Eleanor builds in the current market top out between 400 and 700 HP — this one delivers significantly more power than the average Eleanor for sale today.
